My name is Joyce Lucas — I am the founder of CottageCollections.com and MakeMinePink.com. It was the dream to have my own web boutique that started me down the path of web design. After much research and many disappointments at not being able to find a company that could create a website for my business that truly captured my vision, I was left with little choice but to design one myself. It was through pure determination and a little creativity that I created a web presence for myself that was fun, feminine and exactly what I needed to capture the essence of my business. Before long, other women anxious to follow their dream contacted me to see who had designed my web site. They too were frustrated with the lack of feminine web design available. Needless to say, my business took a fun but surprising turn. For the past 4 years now it has been such an honor and pleasure to work with so many inspiring women that have had the courage to follow their dreams and start their own business.
